This is the 3rd version of the multi-platform game by Codemasters.  We review the game on the PC, the Xbox 360 and the PS3.  We look at what is new to this version as well at what has improved over the last few years.  In this detailed review we show in game footage as well as driving footage for you to see how the controls work.

We take on the 6th challenge of the champions mode of the game.  In this challenge you compete against your teammate Michael Schumacher.  It is towards the end of the race with 6 laps to go, everyone is on very worn tires, you duck into the pits for fresh ones and blaze by the field. 

We take on the second challenge of the champions mode of the game.  In this challenge you compete against your teamate Lewis Hamilton at Autódromo José Carlos Pace in Interlagos, Sao Paulo, Brazil.  The weather is changing rapidly and you must decide to stay out or go in for wet tires. 

A first look at F1 2012 for the Xbox 360 by Codemasters.  In this video we run a 3 lap race against the AI drivers at Circuit of the Americas in Austin Texas. The AI are set to Legend mode and we are not using any driving aids.  This is our first race at this track and some of the driving is not the best including some bumoing and banging with the AI drivers.  The driving is being done in the 2012 Vodaphone Mclaren Mercedes normally driven by Lewis Hamilton.  The AI drivers are the real drivers from the F1 season: Vettel, Alonzo, Button, Webber and Raikkonen.

A first look at F1 2012 for the Xbox 360 by Codemasters.  When you first start up this game it has integrated a nice driving school and tutorial into a section called Young Driver Test.  It is divided into 2 days with the first day teaching you about the car and its controls.  This video is of Day 2 were you learn some more advanced car controls.
